The Honly honey Workshop program
During this workshop, you will have the wonderful opportunity to plunge into the honey so to discover all the different flavours, textures, and its intensity. It is an interesting and unusual exercise. Marie Neveux, the honeylog from Honly will accompany you, for this snesorial voyage. The idea is to explore, on every angle, the sensorial and tasty scenery of the honey in itself and of the honeys. The notion of the designation of origin is the only real requirement that is offered, and is somewhat simplistic. As for Marie Neveux “Nothing is comparable in term of taste, between a montain honey from the Massif des Monedières, and a mountain honey from the Gresivaudan, or an Acacia honey from the Orthe Forest and the one of the Védère valley.”
Honly offers to create a course of tasting and offers also to beginners like the experts, original experiences around themes of boxes, that is to say the woody, the almond, the liquorice taste… That is how Honly offers boxes of three themes, that is to say one from the backcountry, one from the mountain and chestnut honeys. This workshop is a true voyage into the heart of the best French honey plant patrimony, which will allow to know more abot original honeydews sourced live from beekeepers selected by Honly. In a sort of way, they are the new type of cellar master of fresh honey. I invite you to visit their website, Honly.
